ATLS Hellas

Program support

The grant supports the creation of an ATLS training course for medical students.

ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) is a program that teaches a systematic, concise approach to care for a trauma patient. ATLS was developed by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Committee on Trauma (COT) and was first introduced in the US. It is now taught in 65 countries around the globe (21 in Europe), including Greece.
