This supports the construction of the Gatehouse at the chapel of Notre Dame du Haut in Ronchamp, an important work by the Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier and a significant example of 20th-century religious architecture; the construction of the Gatehouse, designed by Renzo Piano, is part of a larger project that aims to preserve, sustain, and enhance the spiritual character of the site and the chapel and to improve services for its many visitors.
