Association for the Provision of Health Care at Home

Program support & Equipment
To support the Health Care Program at Home by covering the costs of two nurses oas well as for the purchase of hospital equipment.
The Association was founded in 1995, by a Catholic nun, with the aim of providing medical care to bedridden patients who were at home and unable to access care at the County Hospital.  Today, the association is supported by around 1,000 members.  The association focuses its efforts on two sectors.  The first relates to the provision of home care, and the second relates to generalized care to those with no families, or who are hospitalized for the long-term.  Beyond these two sectors, the association also organizes seminars, lectures and conferences in order to raise awareness on issues related to volunteerism and health.
