This grant supports Music Village 2007, a music festival in Saint Lavrentios in Mount Pelion that includes daily concerts and workshops focused on traditional and contemporary music by Greek and foreign artists; the festival is free to participants, instructors, and residents of Saint Lavrentios, and places special emphasis on innovative fields of music that are not yet incorporated into the curriculum of Greek music schools.
