Program support

The grant supports Mission: Lifeline Stroke New York State, an initiative to improve delivery of prompt, coordinated, and guideline-directed treatment for stroke patients across New York State.

The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association (AHA), established in 1924, is the largest national voluntary health agency working to build healthier lives, free from cardiovascular diseases and stroke. The AHA funds research, and translates key findings into a wide array of programs to create a healthier, more equitable environment internationally.
