Ambitious about Autism – TreeHouse School

Program support

For developing a national shared framework of competences for professionals engaged in educating children and young people with autism. This teaching approach, which uses the principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), has been very successful in Europe. The qualification standards must be recognized by key national and international bodies and implemented by all involved UK-based partners. The goal of the standards is to provide beneficiaries better educational opportunities and to allow them to reach their full potential.

Established in 1997 by a group of parents, the TreeHouse Trust works to provide quality education to children and young people with autism. It promotes best practices in its school and throughout the UK through teacher training, family support, and advocating for families to maintain autism as a national high profile issue.
