A e l i a - Working Life Lab

The grant partially supported the implementation of a professional development program for youths, who are permanent residents of the country’s islands, in the beginning or the advancement of their careers, through the implementation of a combination of lecture sessions, project-based workshops and distance mentoring in a total of 19 islands. Aelia-Working Life Lab was established in 2013 as a non-profit organization whose aim is to support young professionals in establishing or advancing their careers.
