The Festival undertakes the organization of music, theatre, and other cultural events, the publication and distribution of periodicals, books and other types of publications, and the creation of audiovisual material for the promotion of its events. Its mission is to create cultural dialogue and to establish the conditions necessary for cooperation and the exchange of ideas among different social groups and constituencies.
