To support the creation of the position of Finance Manager, and the training of the workforce, at the organization’s new headquarters in Woolwich, London. The new post oversees the existing finance structure, which allows the Finance Director to design and develop new training programs.

First Step Trust was established in 1994. The organization operates a social enterprise model, providing employment and training opportunities for people with mental health problems and other disabilities.
