Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Inc.

This grant supports capital expenses related to the expansion of the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council Arts Center at Governors Island, a creative incubator that offers artist residencies as well as exhibitions and other public programming, and supports programming to be presented at the 2016 and 2017 editions of the River to River Festival, a free summer arts festival that celebrates artistic and creative diversity across disciplines.
